METOLIUS RIVER LOOP NW OF SISTERS, OREGON
Jerry Kerr is inviting you to hike on Thursday, Oct. 18th. This hike will be 5.4 miles round trip, and have up to 100ft elevation gain. We'll stop at the Wizard Falls Fish Hatchery for a snack and look around.
We'll meet at 9:00AM at the northwest corner of Macy's parking lot, and carpool from there.
What to bring:
- Day pack with at least 1 liter of water
- Snacks if you want them
- Sun hat and sunscreen
- Light jacket and layers for a cool morning.
- Hiking boots with good tread.
- Hiking poles for balance and stability.
