MEMBER VOLUNTEER SERVICE TEAMS
ASAP Team (As Soon As Possible) - a new option for members
This team is designed to help members when they have an urgent need that requires a more immediate response than what is provided through our web platform, which can take up to 24 hours. An example is if you return from a trip and found your kitchen flooded or your neighborhood is threatened by a fire and you need help moving things or finding a place to stay.
Here is how it works:
- The member calls the HDV dispatch phone number, (541) 419-9912.
- The dispatcher calls the designated ASAP squad leader and they activate the ASAP team to problem solve and respond to the situation.
